BERRY COCONUT BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

There is a new smoothie trend I would like to share with you guys. I love fruits, I love smoothies and I really like the idea of smoothie bowls. Once somehting goes mainstream, it loses its appeal, but smoothie bowls are a trend I can totally get behind.

You're basically putting your smoothie in a bowl, and then topping in with all kinds of goodies. Feel free to throw in whatever you have on hand. You can't go wrong! It's a delicious and energizing, as well motivating way to start your day.

Start your day with a vegan rose smoothie bowl with fresh berries, fresh bananas and coconuts.

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 BOWLS

Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen fruits (I chose rasperry)

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries and blueberries

  • 1 tbsp acai berry powder

  • 1 tbsp honey and cinnamon

Toppings (of your choise)

  • coconut flakes

  • fresh berries (raspberries and blueberries)

  • fresh banana

  • granola

WHAT TO DO

Mix all ingredients together in a blender, until smooth with a thick texture (it will only take 1-2 minutes). Top with your toppings of choice et voilà. Enjoy it! I chose coconut flakes, fresh bananas and berries with granola.
